Question:  Do you have a brochure?
 

Answer:  At this time, we do not have a paper brochure.  All of the products we have are on our website.  Please browse all of the pages to view all of our products.  New items are added frequently, so make sure you check back often.

Question:  Do the hands & rules cards come with the sets?
 

Answer:  No, the current hands & rules cards must be purchased separately.  We have both the Standard size and Large Print Cards.  They can be found on the "Accessories" page.

Question:  How heavy are the sets?
 

Answer:  Most of our full size American sets range from 10-12 pounds.  If the set is heavier than this, it will be listed in the description of that set.

Answer:  If your package was damaged in shipment, contact us immediately.  We will process your damage claim and a replacement will be shipped.  Original packing material must be present or damage claim can not be processed.

Answer:  We can ship items by Fed Ex, UPS Air, or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail. There will not be a handling charge, you only pay the additional cost of your chosen shipping method and the cost of your items. Call us at 301-725-0636 for this service.

Question:  What is your return policy?
 

Answer:  All of our policies are on our "Policies" page.

Answer:  Yes, we do ship overseas.  The customer pays the the cost of the items plus the additional cost of the chosen shipping method.  Please email us for estimated shipping costs (include what items you are interested in and the country you wish to ship to).

Question:  What if I don't see what I am looking for?
 

Answer:  If you do not see what you are looking for on our site, the chances are we don't carry it.  But please email us at contact_us@exclusivelymahjongg.com and ask.  We may be able to point you in the right direction.

Answer:  We are not a qualified appraiser, so we can not answer that question.

Answer:  At this time, we do not have a tile replacement program.
